I have a B.A. in Marketing and I am interested in entering the medical field but I am wondering if their is a better way to get into it without going back to school for a BSA/RN degree. I am looking for a high paying position like pharmicudical sales but I that’s al I know about. Truth is I don’t like sales so I’d rather do something different.

Lots of medical services “market” to hospitals, besides pharmaceuticals. Try contacting your local organ recovery organization, and ask about “Hospital Development” positions. These folks work with hospitals to ensure donor-friendly policies, train new nurses on when to call in a potential donor, staff information tables to raise donor awareness, review death records to make sure all legally-required death notifications were called in appropriately, etc.
