This forum is to help people with problems, not to create business. Actually soliciting business on here is against the rules of the forum. I for one would say this helps my business in no way shape or form. I do it to help others, not myself.
Plenty of them spam here. But, they are not supposed to be promoting their business, posting their website address, etc.
Mostly it is people running scams with mortgages, not to many in real estate sales.
